Lesson two. Painting camouflage in Adobe Photoshop.
1. First of all, we need a photo of the vehicle, to see a camouflage scheme. Like this:
The basic texture:

Attention: before the start, you can improve texture quality.
Go to 'Image'-'Mode'-'Lab color'. Then select 'Brightness' channel and use 'Edges contrast' filter. When you will have optimal result, return RGB mode, save the texture and export it into .dds format.

2. Duplicate the basic layer. In the new layer, change the color to any camo color from the photo by 'Color balance' and 'Hue/Saturation' commands. Like here:

When done, duplicate the basic layer at one more time and select in the second copy the last camo color by same operations.

3. Take Eraser tool, change 'Opacity' count to 80-90% and 'Brush' to 10-20 (as more convenient). Put the light layer above and paint camouflage spots by Eraser.

4. And some another method (by just two layers).
Create a new layer over the basic. Take Brush tool (select counts like in previous example with Eraser) and paint camo spots.
Select spots by Magic Wand (you can delete the additional layer, we don't need for it now).

Then change the colors, until have what you need (by 'Color balance' And 'Hue/Saturation' options).

By same operations, you may add some details (repaint vehicle accessories etc.)
